Wraparound Care
Long Clawson Primary School offers a wraparound care service to our pupils during term time. The club is run by staff members in the morning and by teaching and/or support staff members after school. Our aim is to provide a fun and engaging club that the children enjoy attending.
The breakfast club is open from 7:50am Monday to Friday and includes a nutritional breakfast. After school club is open until 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Children can be collected at either 4.15pm or 5.30pm.
Times & Prices (from Autumn 2026)
Breakfast Club 7.50am – 8.45am £6.00 (includes breakfast of fruit, cereal or toast)
After School Club 3.15pm – 4.15pm £5.00
3.15pm – 5.30pm £10.00
Activity Clubs 3.15pm - 4.15pm £5.00
Booking of Breakfast Club and After School Club
All bookings are made through Arbor our parent portal and are subject to availability. Bookings close 48 hours prior to the session. Bookings with less than 48 hours notice may be requested via the School Office and are subject to availability.
Payment
Payment is via Arbor.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel a session (including absence for things like appointments or illness) once it has been booked, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund nor an alternative slot to make up for the lost session. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. This is due to our need to plan for, and appropriately staff, each session based on the numbers of pupils attending and this can’t be adjusted if numbers change at the last minute. In exceptional circumstances where parents or carers need to cancel/amend their booking then a 2 week notice period is required.
