School Dinners

As we do not have facilities for preparing school meals on site, our meals are prepared at Old Dalby School Kitchens and transported here. We offer a pre-selected choice menu which is currently on a 3 weekly cycle.  School meals are nutritionally balanced. The current menu can be downloaded below, as can appropriate allergen information.

Universal Infant Free School meals are available to all children in Years R, 1 and 2. For all other children (unless eligible for Free School Meals) a meal costs £3.15 (Autumn 2026).

Packed Lunches

Alternatively children may bring a healthy  packed lunch to school. Please do not send sweets, chocolate or hot foods such as flasks into school. Healthy lunchbox ideas can be found at Change4Life and Livewell.

Children should come to school with a water bottle each day. Other drinks should not be provided.
